  • A new linear positioning and pushing technology of working face scraper conveyor is developed. A group of chutes are moved straight forward with a set of brackets. The first one is to control the horizontal rotation angle of the head chute and tail chute in a group of chutes, and the other is to control the formation of water levelling angles between groups of chutes, each chute dose not rotate in motion, but only moves in a straight line, so that each chute is controlled in transverse movement, and cannot rotate randomly and arbitrarily, it eliminates the disordered condition in the crosswise movement of the scraper and also eliminates the uneven force on the scraper chain caused by the guide of the chute to increase the service life of the scraper chain. At the same time, it establishes the database of support push cylinder sensor, controls the scraper shift state in time, realizes automatic straightening of working face.
