Abstract
In order to study the influencing factors of uniaxial compressive strength in the matching test of similar materials, using the method of constructing dimensionless model by π-value method can get the relationship between the intensity of pressure and the total amount of the mixture, the amount of sand, the amount of lime, the amount of gypsum and the number of curing days. The results show that using Matlab to deal with the dimensionless model with uniaxial compressive strength as the control factor, the dimensionless compressive strength can be calculated accurately with the function model obtained after eliminating the independent π item and covariates (conservation days), and the correlation coefficient of the function is close to 1, the standard error is also controlled at about 3%. It is verified that the model predictions and measured values are in good agreement. The dimensionless model has its rationality in the research of proportioning test parameters.
