  • In order to solve the problem of brake failure due to too high temperature in the brake process, a multi-disc brake temperature detection system for coal mining machine is designed. The system consists of host computer and slave device. The host computer part is mainly based on the QT5.5 software platform as the host computer interface development environment. The slave computer takes the STM32F205VB controller of ARM Company as the core, collects and processes the temperature in the brake disc, and passes the obtained digital signal into the host computer application program. The system realizes the accurate temperature detection of the brake disc and the real-time temperature curve drawing and temperature alarm function in the application.
