    Optimization of Intelligent Ventilation System in Wanglou Coal Mine

    • Aiming at the problem of slow response and misalignment analysis of PLC ventilation control system in Wanglou Coal Mine, a combined method including theory analysis and field test was used to propose an intelligent ventilation system, and it was used to the field. The results indicated that: the ventilation system tends to complicate with the extension of the depth of coal mine, and the traditional PLC control system has many problems, such as slow response and error analysis, which cannot quickly produce linkage, adjust the air current; the ventilation control system based on the bus-technology including data collection, operation executive, risks waring and redundancy design has the features of the high accuracy and quick response, and it can analyze the ventilation data precisely and control the ventilation device in remote; the release and test of CO2 in 13307 panel and 13301 excavation panel was implemented in Wanglou Coal Mine, which validates the validity of this ventilation system.
