Abstract
This paper develops an intrinsically safe handheld information recorder based on ONVIF. The device adopts Cortex-A8 processor as the central control unit, adopts infrared LED as auxiliary illumination unit, adopts CMOS image sensor as acquisition unit and adopts power supply adaptation scheme of intrinsically safe circuit technology to obtain audio and video collection function in all black environment. The captured audio and video data are compressed, stored, and transmitted remotely. It overcomes the shortcomings of the prior art products such as large power consumption and serious red storm phenomenon. It supports TCP/IP, UDP, and ONVIF protocols, and realizes seamless connection with common clients on the market. The device can be widely used in low illumination environment collection and mining law enforcement collection. After testing, the dark environment can be seen at a distance of 20 meters, the power consumption is less than 8 W, and the sustainable working time is 6 h. The live video information can be played on the PC side, the mobile terminal and the handheld recorder in real time.
