The Application of Man-machine Engineering in Coal Mine Machinery Design

Through the analysis of coal mine machinery accidents in coal mine production,it is showed that the unsafe behavior of human is a direct cause of the accident during the use of coal mine machinery.For this reason,the paper proposes a human-centered design thinking that considers the actual work environment of mining operation and attempts to use the man-machine engineering method to achieve man-machine integration of coal mine machinery,which enables the apparatus to operate pleasantly and improves the working efficiency and production safety of coal mine machinery.
