Special Serious Gas Explosion Accidents and Prevention Strategy

In order to prevent particularly serious gas explosion accidents, the loss and occurrence laws of 49 major gas explosion accidents from 2000 to 2017 are statistically analyzed. Based on the accident cause “2-4” model theory, 242 unsafe actions are found, of which 232 are illegal actions, the illegal action is divided into seven categories for statistical analysis. At the same time, the unsafe state is analyzed, and the unsafe state is generated by the unsafe action. The prevention strategy of gas explosion accident is obtained, the basic knowledge of gas explosion safety training is determined, and two training methods of accident case training and questionnaire training are proposed.
