    Up-and-down Joint Grouting Reinforcement Technology for Large Faulted Structure

    • In view of the fact that the upper and lower footwall strata of Jiulishan Mafangquan fault are extremely broken and the fractures are extremely developed, there is a great risk of water inrush in the development of the two horizontal three sub-inclined shafts. According to the actual situation of the mine, the accurate location of the fault can be determined by underground detection and drilling. On this basis, the high water double-fluid quick coagulation plugging material was used to strengthen the fault fracture zone, cut off the water channel of the fault, and block the water inrush point in the underground, and then the cement clay material was used for grouting in a large area on the ground to cut off the water inrush channel of the aquifer in the alluvial layer and the uplift supply channel of the deep L2 and O2 limestone aquifers. The results show that the roadway inflow decreased to 0.7 m3/min, which effectively reduced the water inflow of roadway; the water pressure of the aquifer dropped from 2.8 MPa to below 1.2 MPa, and the water level dropped by about 40 m. The water pollution control goal of “zero water inrush, zero flooding surface and zero influence” in the project of Jiulishan Mine roadway through the large fault structure is realized.
