Abstract
In this paper, some problems and potentially dangerous of the 10 kV mine-used high-voltage distribution device were analyzed and studied, such as explosion cavity structure, power cutting off and covering function, isolation mechanism chain principle, insulation performance and so on. The multi-cavity explosion structure, bolt type lock with two precautions, top rod type power cutting off and covering device, high voltage fast terminal and other components were designed innovatively. The problems of high voltage distribution equipment such as incomplete locking function and discharge of insulation casing have been solved successfully, and the essential safety operation of high voltage distribution device has been realized.
