    Analysis of Common Faults for Pneumatic Operated Air Door in Bulianta Coal Mine

    • High negative pressure pneumatic double cylinder driving valve has become a necessary ventilation facility in modern large-scale mine. In the daily production and use process, the failure of pneumatic valve often occurs, which causes the vehicle to be unable to pass through, the air volume of the working face is too small and can not be produced. In order to deal with the failure of pneumatic valve in time and ensure the safety of coal mine production, this paper makes a detailed analysis and introduction of the electric part, gas path and mechanical part of the pneumatic pneumatic valve three parts, common faults and treatment methods in the Bulianta Coal Mine.
