Abstract
Cement and gypsum are used as cementing materials to get the high strength similar material. The sand binder ratio and water paste ratio are chosen as control factors, and each factor is set at 3 different levels. Besides, a test group is set up at the same time. Three test blocks are produced in each group and 30 blocks are tested. By weighing and compressing, the density and uniaxial compressive strength of specimens with different proportions are obtained. The results show that the density difference of specimens with different ratios is small, about 1.73 g/cm3, but the uniaxial compressive strength of the samples with different binder content varies greatly, the lowest strength is 0.45 MPa, the highest is 2.6 MPa, covering a wide range. The strength can meet the requirements of similar materials for most rock mass material model tests. MATLAB software is used for regression analysis of test data to obtain regression equation; the ratio obtained by regression equation is in good agreement with the ratio of test blocks, which can be used to determine the ratio of similar materials.
