Abstract
In order to explore the working mechanism of emotional organization safety culture on employee safety performance, the development of psychological contract is introduced as an intermediary variable. The structural equation model is constructed to confirm the effect of development dimension psychological contract working on employee safety performance. According to the research findings, it is proposed that the emotional organizational safety culture construction can promote a developmental psychological contract balance between employees and organizations, slow down the breakdown of psychological contract and even the occurrence of violation and improve management mechanism of employee safety performance.
