Research on Influence Mechanism of Error Management Climate on Habitual Violation Behavior of Miners

In order to explore the effect mechamism of error management climate（ＥＭＣ） on miner’s habitual violation behavior（ＨＶＢ）, take self-efficacy as a mediator variable, a structual equation modeling（ＳＥＭ） was built. A questionnair survey was completed by 223 coal miners. The mechanism of error mastery, error anticipation and error strain on miner’s HVB was established based on AMOS7.0. The result shows that error mastery, error anticipation was significantly positive interrelated with self-efficacy; error strain was significantly negetive interrelated with self-efficacy; self-efficacy was significantly negetive interrelated with miner’s HVB; self-efficacy is a mediator variable between error management climate and habitual violation behavior of miners.
