Risk Management Countermeasures of Coal Chemical Industry

Aiming at the inflammable, explosive and dangerous characteristics in coal chemical industry, the paper analyzes the risk factors of coal chemical industry from the perspective of inherent risk and safety management. On one hand, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to quantify the management of the company itself, and on the other hand, the inherent risk assessment method is used to evaluate and classify the inherent risks. So that the entire enterprise can be classified to provide reference for the safety development of coal chemical enterprises.
