Influence of Transformational Leadership on Miners’ Safety Behavior

The safety behavior of miner is the basis of work safety in coal mine, and the leadership style of manager has important influence on the safety of miners. To further seek possible behavior management cut in points, a theoretical model on the influence relationship of transformational leadership on safety behavior was established on the basis of literature research. The SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 software were applied to test the theoretical model. The results show that transformational leadership has positive influence on safety behavior through leadership identity, which plays a mediate effect between them. The regulatory fit between manager and miner has regulatory effect between leadership identity and the safety behavior, and the high degree of regulatory fit will enhance the mediate effect of identification of miners to managers.
