Exploration of the Promotion of Equipment Management Informationization of Shendong Group Based on the Background of “Big Data”

In order to promote Shenhua Shendong Coal Group Company to speed up the construction of informatization of equipment management, this paper analyzes the application status of informatization of equipment management in Shendong in detail, and proposes the necessity and feasibility of the informationization of equipment management of Shendong Group in the background of global “big data, Internet+”, the specific measures to improve the informationization of equipment management of Shendong Group are given. In terms of equipment asset management, continuous optimization and improvement is carried out from EAM (equipment asset management) to CMES (celerity manufacturing execution system) and ERP (enterprise resource planning system). It helps Shendong Group enhance the level of equipment management and realize the ultimate goal of cleaning energy supplier by the use of “big data” platform of information technology as soon as possible.
