Support Optimization for “Two Soft Seams and One Hard Seam” Mining Roadway in Medium Thick Coal Seam

For the problem of the poor effect of steel frame support mode of N2810 working face in Yuyang Coal Mine, the optimal design of the support scheme is carried out according to the specific geological conditions of “two soft seams and one hard seam” (soft bottom and coal seam), the support scheme is determined as anchor net with cable-beam coupling support. The results show that the relative displacement of the roof and floor plate in the test section is reduced by 358 mm, which is lower than that in the shed section. The relative displacement of the two sides is reduced by 118 mm compared with the shed. The maximum separation amount of the shallow foundation in the test section is reduced by 26 mm, which is larger than that in the shed segment. The maximum separation layer amount of deep base point is reduced by 14 mm compared with the shed. The experimental results show the feasibility and superiority of anchor net with cable-beam coupling support scheme in specific geological condition of “two soft seams and one hard seam”.
