    Research on On-line Detection System of Mine Wire Rope

    • Aiming at the problem that the accuracy of the detection of mine wire rope defects is not high and misjudged at present, a new type of three-axis magnetic memory array sensor is designed by using the two-level comprehensive judgment method of normal plane and tangent plane features, and the on-line detection system of mine wire rope was constructed. The system takes the MCU as the main control core, and the collected data is transmitted to the upper computer through the wireless serial port, which is based on the UART protocol. The ensemble empirical mode decomposition noise reduction method is adopted to remove the interference noise in the magnetic memory signal. The experimental results show that the on-line detection system of mine wire rope accurately outputs the normal plane signal and tangent plane signal of the magnetic memory signal for the defects of the steel wire rope, and the detection accuracy rate reaches to 98.87%, the false detection rate is reduced by 4.13%.
