The Application of Super Power Partial Ventilator in Extreme Long Distance Roadway Ventilation

Aiming at the situations of lacking of wind volume in later period and the excavation connection unbalanced by using 2 × 30 kW partial ventilator during the mining process of 3 000 m long distance single roadway of Yanbei coal mine,this paper selects the super power 4 × 37 kW FBDY ventilator to do the experimental study,which indicates that this ventilator can realize effectively long distance,super power wind volume transportation of heading face,and decrease the roadway temperature by more 2 ℃ than 2 × 30 kW counter-rotary partial ventilator,and the effective wind volume increases by 57.91%.
