Comprehensive Treatment of Water Inrush Under Complicated Geological Conditions in Deep Mine

    • In order to effectively control the water inrush in the roadway caused by crossing faults in a deep mine and ensure the safe production of the mine, the integrated detection of the water inrush area is carried out by the method of ground penetrating radar and drilling, and the distribution of the water bearing area is studied. The water inrush area is divided into the roof cavity zone, water fissure zone and water rich fractured zone from the roof in turn. On this basis, the treatment scheme of “curtain grouting + shallow grouting reinforcement + deep drainage grouting layer by layer” was proposed and implemented. The curtain grouting was first implemented to construct the grouting wall, and then the shallow grouting was used to reinforce the surrounding rock, and the deep layer was finally drained and grouted layer by layer. The results show that the scheme can effectively seal the water inrush of the roadway, with the water reduction rate of 99.2%, and the integrity and stability of the surrounding rock after treatment is better, reaching the expected goal.
