    Development of Underground Mine Gas Chromatograph

    • The paper proposes a solution for the gas chromatograph in mine. By adopting the advanced sampling, separation and detection technology in foreign countries and combining with the remote control technology and the explosion-proof technology for mine equipment, a gas chromatograph for underground is developed to realize the gas chromatograph downhole application; after testing, the chromatograph can analyze 9 gas components in 2 minutes, the measurement accuracy is 1×10-6. The use of underground gas chromatograph greatly improves the gas analysis efficiency and analysis accuracy and reduces the maintenance workload.
