Field Test and Mechanism Exploration of a New Hole Sealing Technology with Recycling Residue

  • In order to further improve the hole sealing quality in through beds holes and the effect of gas drainage, we discussed the deficiency of existing hole sealing technologies in through beds holes, and described the technical principle and parameters design of the hole sealing technology with recycling residue, as well as the reasonable selection of the depth of borehole sealing and suction pression of drainage system. In addition, three schemes on test of the drillhole sealing technology with recycling residue were successively designed and implemented in Ⅵ15-14140 bed plate tunnel and middle plate tunnel of Pingmei No.8 mine. The results show that, by the optimization and improvement of technical parameters in the hole sealing with recycling residue, scheme Ⅲ has a better performance in work efficiency and effect of gas drainage and provides reference value and technical base for gas management.
