    Application of Omni-directional Adjustable Crawler Drilling Rig in No.2 Mine of Sihe Coal Mine

    • In order to solve the problem that angle modulation way of conventional crawler drill is fussy and auxiliary working hours is very long, the omni-directional angle quick adjustment crawler drill is designed in this paper. The double column quick adjustment mechanism is designed in the drill, its pitching and the azimuth adjustment angle range is from -90°to +90°, and the horizontal opening hole height is from 1.25 m to 2.25 m, the omni-directional and multi-layer hole construction requirement is realized. The practical application shows that this drilling rig with strong stability and convenient transportation is a new crawler drill can meet a variety of construction ways.
