Preparation Technology of High Pressure Jet Flow of Clay Slurry

For the difficulty of mud making construction for clay raw slurry, the preparation technology of the high pressure jet flow of clay slurry is proposed. The process is as follows: the original state of clay is broken by the piston pump and handheld nozzle-created high pressure water jet; the slurry pump is transported to the mud purification machine to remove sand; the clay slurry flows into the virgin pulp pool, and the slurry pumps are installed respectively in the virgin pulp pool; the handheld nozzle is used to constitute the internal circulation of the slurry pump, that is stored in a storage pool for the disposition of the clay cement slurry, and the viscosity and density of sediment and clay pulp in pools should be cleaned periodically in the configuration process.
