Development of ZDY4300LP Crawler Drilling Rig

The ZDY4300LP integrated crawler drill was developed. New structure design was used in this rig and its pitching angle range was from -50° to +60° and the horizontal opening hole height was from 1.35 meter to 1.85 meter and the azimuth adjustment angle range was from -90° to +90° . The feeding device moving distance of 0.95 meter was designed in order to improve drilling efficiency. Considering the special construction environment in the mine, ancillary attachment including seats, toolkits, and motorcycle lamps were designed in the process. The industrial test shows that this drilling rig, with quick and adjustable angle, convenient transportation and easy operation, is a new crawler drill that can meet a variety of construction needs.
