    Key Techniques of Mining at Fully Mechanized Face with Large Mining Height

    • In view of the fact that the mining technology of fully mechanized coal mining face with high mining height of more than 7 meters is still not mature in China, this paper takes the 12511 (8 m) large mining height fully mechanized coal mining face of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group as an example, we analyze the key technologies including anti-rib spalling technology at working face, working face two ends and roadway cutting coal transition technology and strata behaviors of working face.
