Intelligent Control System of Mine Vehicle Speed Protection Based on Out of Control Protection

This paper introduces the safety problem of mine vehicles existing in the process of selection and use, analyzes the existing problems of current protection methods. Based on the current situation of lack of effective protection for mine vehicles’ speed out of control in inclined roadway, intelligent protection system and protection device for vehicle speed out of control are designed and developed, and the related tests are carried out. The test results show that the system has the advantages of flexible interception and buffering effect, and the speed out of control for mine vehicles can be effectively protected.
