    Similar Simulation Experiment of Stagger Arrangement Roadway Layout in Three-soft Thick Coal Seam

    • Aiming at problems of low mining rate and difficult excavation and maintenance for roadway at the working face in 31 mining area of Peigou Coal Mine, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the stagger arrangement and the original arrangement form by means of field investigation, theoretical analysis and similar simulation. The results show that the stagger arrangement can improve mining rate of 9.9%. The stress at the bottom of the mining roadway is much less than that of the original roadway, and roadway excavation and maintenance is easy. Finally, the stagger arrangement in the three-soft thick coal seam is confirmed.
