Impact Analysis of Habitual Domain on Emergency Ability of Coalmine Sudden Events

    • In order to analyze the positive and negative impact of the behavior habit of coal mine enterprise employees in the process of coalmine safety management, based on the main features of habitual domain theory and emergency management, we propose the theoretical model of impact relationship, and make an empirical analysis based on structural equation modeling. The results show that there are significant positive interaction relationships of each factor of habitual domain; all factors have the significant positive impact on emergency capability. Personnel habitual domain, management habitual domain and coalmine sudden events emergency capability have the significant positive impact on emergency management performance. Each factor of habitual domain has the significant positive impact on emergency management performance through mediating variables.
