Study on Key Technology of “Three-in-one” System for Safety Management and Control

On the basis of careful study of the essence and connotation of “three-in-one” safety management and control system, we propose model and implementation path of the precontrol system, and realize the intelligent control of safe production by means of information technology. In the construction of technical guarantee system, we established the related mechanisms including big data integration, precise control of process, full quantization of indexes and deviation of closure management. The “three-in-one” solution has achieved remarkable results since its implementation was carried out in Ordos, Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The research results of key technologies of safety production control system have wide application value.
