  • Based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and the theory of mine ventilation, taking 7309 fully mechanized excavation face in Tianchen Coal Mine as research object, the geometric model of fully mechanized working face under the condition of single pressure ventilation system was established. The distribution characteristics of working face in flow field, temperature field, humidity field and change laws under different wind speed for mechanized excavation face are simulated by FLUENT. The simulation results show that the increase of air supply has a certain effect on decreasing roadway temperature, but the effect of humidity on the tunnel is small; when the air duct outlet velocity is 16 m/s, the air volume supply is 480 m3/min, the temperature of roadway is lower than 26 ℃, the relative humidity near tunneling machine is maintained in 40% to 57%, at this time, the parameters of air supply can meet the economic requirement and meet the requirements of mine safety regulations.
