Abstract
A new stall protection system for mine trackless rubber-tired vehicle is introduced. Finite element analysis of the main stressed-part of stall protection system is calculated by ANSYS Workbench, we obtained the whole deformation and stress distribution. According to the results, main structure design is optimized. Static load test and actual braking tests are performed, which verifies the accuracy of finite element simulation. The cause of difference between the test results and the facts is analyzed.
