    Technology of Dynamic Grouting Reinforcement in Dynamic Pressure Roadway of Extremely Thick Coal Seam

    • For the problem that the roof appears the phenomenon of periodic steps descent and the deformation of mining roadway is serious in the first working face of Majialing Mine affected by the working face mining. We use the method of numerical simulation and field measurement, and propose the dynamic grouting reinforcement technique. As the result, the grouting effect is obvious. Study results show that the distribution of advance abutment stress has the periodic dynamic law, and roadway surrounding rock presents periodic damage; the polymer concrete has characteristics of curing speed and high early strength; we determine the reasonable grouting parameters and timely track and reinforce coal and rock with sign of roof caving to ensure the stability of surrounding rock of roadway.
