Optimization and Modification for Control System of Coal Mine Ventilation Based on PLC

For the operation characteristics of ventilation fan system in mine, PLC is used to modify the control system. The paper analyzed control principle of the ventilation fan system and the characteristics of PLC control system, and designed two aspects of control system software and hardware. The optimized fan control scheme meets the actual demand and improves the automation level with safety and reliability.
