    Explosion Suppression Design in Lower Cone Area of Pulverized Coal Collector

    • In the process of pulverized coal preparation in coal chemical industy, the pulverized coal collector is one of the dangerous areas that often leaks and causes explosion accidents. For the lower cone work zone of pulverized coal collector in pulverized coal preparation process, we carry out explosion risk analysis, and find out the main leak point, and calculate and analyze the leakage rate, TNT equivalent and explosion spreading scope in detail. On the basis of the above, the active explosion suppression system for the lower cone operating area of the whole coal dust collector was designed.
