Optimization of Support Schemes for High Stress Soft Rock Roadway Based on Internal and External Load-bearing Structure

    • High stress soft-rock roadway is difficult to support, the optimized supporting parameters can ensure roadway stability. Analytical model for interaction between inner and outer bearing structures is established. Internal and external load-bearing struc-ture for circular roadway combined support idea is proposed. Surrounding rock structure of roadway is tested by using YTJ20 rock detection recorder and PHD-2 multi-functional ultrasonic detector, and it is determined that loose circle depth of roof and side wall is 3 m and 2.8 m. Steel strip and metal mesh combined with bolt support can improve the stability of internal load-bearing structure, while longer bolt and increasing bolt support density can improve the stability of outer load-bearing structure, so that the inner and outer bearing structure will have stronger support capability. Site roadway deformation monitoring shows that roadway supporting effect is well after optimizing support parameters, it can meet needs of mining work.
