Construction of Comprehensive Warning System for Coal and Gas Outburst in Serious Outburst Mine

In order to improve outburst prevention level and anti-disaster capacity in coal and gas outburst mine,taking the accident warning theory as the instruction,the comprehensive warning system for coal and gas outburst has been established in demonstration mine from the gas disaster prevention laboratory and warning platform.By the establishment of warning system,the coal and outburst comprehensive warning indicators and rule base models which were suitable for the actual mine characteristics were formed.The on-line monitoring,advanced warning and process control for coal and gas outburst disaster were achieved from the analysis of coal and gas occurrence features,analysis of mining space security situation,analysis of borehole construction effects,daily predictor development trend,real-time tracking on characteristics of gas emission and dynamic monitoring of over-dig and overdraft.Field application shows that the warning system has higher accuracy,and can capture the potential pitfalls and harbingers in coal and gas outburst disasters,provides basis for decision making and technical support for mine outburst prevention,and promotes meticulous,standardized management and information exchange for coal mine.
