Determination of Explosion Proof Safety Gap and Analysis of Production Influencing Factors

On the basis of analyzing mechanism of interval explosion proof, the paper studies the process of determining clearance in the design of explosion proof enclosure. From the design, processing and assembly and other production processes of explosion proof enclosure, the paper summarizes the phenomenon of “explosion propagation”, analyzes the factors that can influence the “explosion propagation” and proposes the precautions and considerations.
