Abstract
By using the vibration principle of Darren Bell, the hoisting-rope vibration law is analyzed about string segment between wheel and winch drum in the process of hoisting-rope replacement, and the vibration equations are given, which provides the theoretical support for the vibration stability analysis of hoisting-rope replacement. Aiming at “rope-skipping” accident cases, the root cause of the accident is analyzed in-depth, and the corresponding measures are given. The analysis results show that the old rope sharply jitter and unqualified rope changing tools will have a detrimental effect on the external incentive in the period of rope changing, and trigger “rope-skipping accident”. Through appropriately reducing rope replacement speed, it can control the negative impact for unqualified rope replacement tools in a certain extent.
