    Experimental Study on Reinforcement of Deep Soft Roadway by Using ACZ-1 Modified Grouting Material

    • We firstly study viscosity, setting time and expansion rate of ACZ-1 modified cement slurry in different water cement ratios and compressive strength of different stages stone body by experiment method. Secondly, a series of simulation tests were carried out for the compressive strength of cemented crushed coal and the shear strength of cement bonded steel strand by using specially developed simulated crushing coal body grouting test model. Consequently, a kind of ACZ-1 modified cement grouting material with good fluidity, micro expansion, early strength, high strength and adjustable setting time is developed. Finally, the test results were applied to the engineering test of deep soft coal seam, which is the No.6 coal mine of Pingdingshan Tian’an Company, which effectively controls the roadway deformation, improves the stability of coal roadway, greatly reduces roadway repair rate, significantly increases technical and economic benefits.
