Influencing Factors Analysis of Underground Coal Mine Team Safety Atmosphere Based on ISM

    • In this paper, fifteen factors that affect the safety atmosphere of the underground team are summarized from three aspects of miners, the team and the work environment (the natural environment and the organizational environment). The interpretative structural modeling (ISM) was adopted for interpreting the relativeness among the factors and establishing a 4-layer hierarchical ISM model. According to the model, the direct factors, indirect factors and deep fundamental factors which influencing the safety atmosphere were obtained. Combined the results and the team safety management, three measures were proposed to improve the safety management of the teams and groups.
