The Rapid Closed Technology Used in Mine Rescue

On the basis of analyzing different rapid closed suitability,the paper studies the mine used rapid closed system which gives priority to balloon closed and hydrogel explosion-proof closed,and analyzes the gelatination process and gelatination mechanism of hydrogel closed filling materials.The gelation time,stability and mechanical property of hydrogel filling materials are studied by test.Rapid balloon closed material is selected and its flame retardant is tested too,and the fixed and inflatable way of the balloon closed are determined.Finally,two kinds of closed are tested,and the long-range safety construction of rapid closed is achieved,which plays an important role for the rapid isolation and rescue in the fire area.
