Research on Detonator Millisecond Delay Time Recognition in Coal Mine Freezing Vertical Shaft Blasting

  • In this paper, taking Yan Kuang Group Wanfu Coal Mine main vertical shaft excavation project as the background, a new blasting vibration monitoring method is proposed. And based on the intrinsic time scale decomposition (ITD) and wavelet signal suppression theory, blasting vibration signals were collected for the detonator differential recognition. The results show that combination method can accurately identify the actual time of detonator in vertical shaft excavation blasting, to get the actual detonator millisecond delay interval. At the same time, improve the detonator accuracy of low segment and extend the initiation time properly can prevent the superposition of vibration wave.
