This paper introduces the successful experiences and practices of building corporate safety culture in Jizhong Energy Co.,Ltd.The corporate takes risk pre-control concept of "all accidents can be avoided and prevention" as guidance,and achieves the goal of "effectively avoid and prevent accidents" by strengthening the construction of safety culture and safety guarantee mechanisms,and then builds the core competitiveness of enterprise safety development and scientific development.
