    Supercharging Device for Hydraulic Support Setting Load Based on Pascal Principle

    • In this paper, a new hydraulic support pressure boosting device based on Pascal principle is proposed, which can be improved by manual fluid infusion to improve setting load of support. The booster device is composed of a booster cylinder, a pressure control valve and other main parts of the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic control system is realized by logic. Through the field test, comparative analysis of supercharging device, and the results show that the pump pressure is 31.5 MPa, and the manual pressurizing device can make early support force reached 30 MPa above, which can effectively improve the initial support force and avoid coal mine safety accidents due to the insufficient of setting load.
