Vulnerability Assessment of Emergency Management System in Coal Enterprises

Identifying the weaknesses of the emergency management system and improving them respectively are great importance for coal enterprises to promote their emergency management capacity. Based on analytical hierarchy process (AHP), we assessed the vulnerability of emergency management system in coal enterprises with group gray analytical hierarchy process (GGAHP), which combined the group decision making and grey theory. It guaranteed the accuracy of target identification in that it not only integrated opinions of different experts, but also fitted the ambiguous thinking pattern of human decision-making process.
