    Thermal-structure Coupling Analysis on Brake of Ultra Deep Mine Hoister in Emergency Braking

    • Taking the braking system of ultra deep mine hoister as the research object, a virtual prototype model of braking system is established and the relationships between the rotation speed of brake disc and the time under different pressure were obtained, based on this, the material characteristics with temperature were considered too, a three dimensional transient finite element model of thermal-structure coupling was built, the distribution of temperature field and stress field of brake in emergency braking was acquired, also the distribution laws of temperature and stress field were revealed.
