Application of Supporting Technology with High Strength and High Pre-tightening Force for Central Wind Roadway in Yuxi Coal Mine

  • In order to solve the difficult problem of large deformation and complicated deformation mechanism of deep soft and broken roadway in Yuxi Coal Mine, based on the geological mechanics test of surrounding rock, the deformation characteristics of central return air roadway and instability mechanism are analyzed, it is considered that the main causes of surrounding rock deformation are the high stress, surrounding rock strength and the unreasonable support. Based on the above, the high strength and high strength support technology is proposed, and the field application is carried out, the results show that the deformation of central return air roadway is smaller after adopting the new support scheme, the total deformation amount is about 27 mm, the total deformation of the roof is smaller, it is about 18 mm, which can effectively control the long-term evolution of the roadway.
