Application of Bicirculating Blasting Technology in Mine Roadway Rapid Heading

For the situation of tense excavation replacement in Zhaizhen Coal Mine, in order to enhance advance rate of anchoring and shotcreting roadway, through optimizing the original blasting method, we propose a new blasting method named "bicirculating blasting method", which breaks the traditional concept of a crop of gun of each class in traditional method. Compared with existing methods, the utilization rate of blasting hole can reach over 95%, the tunneling footage has been enhanced 0.6 m per shift, which could play an important role to construct the high production and high efficient mine and to improve the economic benefit.
