  • Mine rescue work is facing enormous challenges in new period. Emergency rescue ability of mine rescue team is showing decline tendency. Aiming at the existing problems, and to maintain and improve rescue crew ability to cope with accidents in mines, some countermeasures were proposed from the following aspects, such as comprehensive quality of commanders and team member, commanders' on-the-spot decision-making ability, application and development of new technology and new equipment, quality standardization construction of the ambulance service, preventive safety inspection work, emergency drill and rescue culture construction. Its aim is to improve mine rescue team of science and technology level, management level and practical level, further enhance the mine accident emergency rescue capabilities, and to provide a powerful rescue protection for the national safety production work.
